History

Story of Interexter Builders and Felix's Commitment to Transparency

Interexter Builders was born out of a legacy of builders. Felix watched his grandfather build hospitals, offices and homes with the highest transparency. Our General Contractor Felix is no stranger to hand work. Even when serving as an Essex County Sheriff Felix managed renovation projects in his spare time. Setting out to build at first Felix hired a builder. This builder delayed his project, used cheap material and was not able to account for funds spent. This was a hard lesson to learn however Felix held on to his mantra “let the storms of life teach you to dance in the rain” Realizing there is an opportunity for honest and transparent builders, Felix became a full time Real Estate Developer standing on the principles of Integrity, honesty and transparency. ​
